Who am I?
Based in Surrey, I am a transport regulatory solicitor. I work closely with HGV, PSV, Taxi, and Private Hire Operator Licence holders and drivers, providing comprehensive support with all aspects of regulatory licensing. This includes assisting with applications, representations at public inquiries, driver conduct hearings, and licensing sub-committee hearings, as well as offering consultation on regulatory compliance issues and conducting comprehensive compliance audits to ensure optimal adherence. I also assist with DVSA desk-based assessments, and reviewing and drafting driver contracts.
